Payment Manager

Otority makes the payment happen. It doesn't make sure it's the right payment, that part is still a human judgment call.

When a payment needs a person behind it.

Confirming payment details match what was agreed before the money moves.

The platform will faithfully send whatever amount you tell it to. It doesn't check that the amount, the recipient, or the account matches what you actually agreed to pay, that's a real gap a person can catch before a payment goes out, not after. (This is about the payment itself, not verifying the work behind it, that stays your call.)

Chasing the paperwork that stalls everything.

A new hire whose banking details are wrong. A service provider who hasn't sent their documentation. A worker who hasn't replied about a missing detail. The platform can store this information once it exists; it can't go get it from someone who isn't responding.

Being the person who catches problems before they become disputes.

A payment fails, lands late, or a worker questions an amount. The dashboard shows you that something happened. Someone still has to find out why, fix it, and explain it, ideally before it turns into a frustrated message from the person who didn't get paid.

Planning ahead of the money, not just recording it after.

Knowing five days out that payroll across three markets is coming up and the balance won't cover it. Noticing a big service provider payment and a wave of Quick Payout requests are about to land the same week. That's forward judgment, not something a balance screen tells you on its own.

Being someone you can just tell “pay these people,” instead of a dashboard you have to run yourself.

Some business owners don't want to log in and manage this themselves. They want to hand it to a person and trust it gets handled. The platform doesn't replace that preference; it just changes what the person handling it works inside of.

Simple monthly tiers.

This sits on top of your regular transaction fees; it doesn't replace them.
