What You're Agreeing To
You're paying the Service Provider through Otority, which processes this payment on their behalf. Otority isn't the seller here, we're the payment facilitator. Any question about the work, goods, or service this payment is for is between you and the Service Provider directly.
Talk to Them First
If something's wrong with what you paid for, contact the Service Provider before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues get resolved faster that way, and it's what we'd ask of you as the paying customer.
Our Processing Fee Isn't Refundable
Otority charges a fee to process this payment. If the payment is later disputed, reversed, or refunded, our processing fee stays with us, it covers the cost of moving the money, separate from whatever the underlying dispute is about.
You Still Have the Right to Dispute a Charge
Nothing here takes that away. We're just asking you to try resolving it directly first, since that's usually faster and it's the fair first step when the issue is about the work or service itself, not the payment.
Agreement
At checkout, checking the box “I agree to Otority's Payment Terms” confirms you've read this and agree to it.
